Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ritual Fringe. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all original packaging and tags. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping at this time, but stay tuned, as we will be looking into adding this feature for a later date.
Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
